FIRST Robotics Competition Team
The FIRST® Robotics Competition (FRC) is a fun, challenging, and inspiring science and technology mentor-based program for students from grades 9-12 that combines the excitement of sports with the rigors of science and technology. Like an apprenticeship program, FIRST inspires and prepares young people to not only be enthusiastic and competent in the field of automation but also gain valuable leadership skills.
FRC Team 1325 – Inverse Paradox Sponsorship
Pacline Conveyors is proud to sponsor FIRST Robotics Competition Team 1325-Inverse Paradox, a team from Mississauga, Ontario. Inverse Paradox comprises of over 30 high school students and mentors who work together each year to design and build industrial-size robots to compete against other FRC teams along with managing the team brand and meet their fundraising goals.
The team was established in 2004 and has won many prestigious awards at District and international level. From Excellence in Engineering award for their robot design to Chairmans award, and Engineering Inspiration award for several local and international outreach events, this team has achieved great success throughout their tenure.

Our relationship with Team Inverse Paradox represents a new and innovative collaborative model; private enterprise supporting our youth’s education. The team is located in our building, and we have witnessed their ingenuity, energy, and workmanship first-hand. Through our sponsorship, Pacline promotes STEM within the local community; it is our way of giving back and helping develop the next generation of talent within our industry. Many benefactors go beyond the students themselves, including our company, our industry, and our country as a whole.
