ISO 9001:2008 Certified since 2000
In 2000 PACLINE became an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. Becoming certified involved establishing a quality management system consistent with a set of internationally recognized standards. Throughout every stage of our business (quoting, design, engineering, purchasing, scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, installation and service) we clearly defined our customer requirements. Processes were put in place throughout our organization to ensure that customer needs and expectations would be fully met.
ISO certified companies are audited annually by an independent third party organization. In order to retain our ISO certification, PACLINE had to, not just maintain a quality management system, but monitor, measure and evaluate all processes in the system and demonstrate continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
